Shipping policy

Order Processing


All orders undergo 1–2 business days of processing before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. public holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day. During holiday sales seasons, processing may extend by 1 extra business day due to high order volume. No processing fees are charged separately; all shipping fees shown at checkout cover packaging and handling.

Domestic Shipping Methods & Rates


We offer standard domestic shipping for all contiguous United States addresses:

  1. Standard Shipping: Flat rate $7.90, estimated transit 5–7 business days. Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $50 automatically at checkout.
  2. Expedited Shipping (optional): Flat rate $14.90, estimated transit 2–4 business days for customers needing faster delivery.

    Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories incurs an extra $8 surcharge, displayed clearly before payment.

Order Tracking & Delivery


Once dispatched, an automated email with unique tracking number will be sent to your registered email. You can track real-time package status via the carrier’s official website. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed; minor delays may occur from carrier backlogs, weather or logistics disruptions outside our control. We do not compensate for standard transit delays.

Lost or Damaged Packages


If your package shows delivered but never arrives, or arrives with damaged goods, contact our support team within 7 calendar days of delivery scan. We will coordinate with carriers to file claims. Proof of damage (photos of package and items) is required for support review. We reserve the right to offer partial refunds, replacements or store credit based on carrier claim results.

Shipping Restrictions & Policy Updates


We currently only ship to U.S. domestic addresses and do not support international delivery. Customers must provide accurate shipping addresses; failed delivery due to incorrect information will result in return shipping fees deducted from refunds.
